Upon delivery of the device

our customer care will get in touch with you to make sure everything is clear and to answer any questions you may have. This initial conversation is essential to establish a relationship of trust and to ensure you have all the information you need to start your treatment in the right way.

During therapy

we will always be by your side. Halfway through your treatment, our team will contact you again to monitor your progress and, if necessary, offer further assistance. You will also have access to a personal dashboard where you can find your rental documents, answers to frequently asked questions, questionnaires on your treatment progress, and the possibility to book a call with our customer care.

Toward the end of the rental period

you will receive a reminder email a few days before the end of your rental period, to help you prepare for the final stage of your journey and discuss next steps.
