This document defines, with reference to the website www.mygrs.it (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) its terms and conditions of use.
By accessing and browsing the Site via any computer, smartphone, tablet or other device, the user confirms that he has carefully read and accepted this document containing Terms and Conditions of Use of the website.
2. OBJECT OF THE SERVICE RENDERED BY BROWSING THE SITE
The Site provides information on medical conditions that can be treated with various devices sold by the Owner and allows users, through the completion of a specific contact form, to request follow-up for their specific needs (the Service – optional).It also allows users to take advantage of specific services, previsa special account creation (the Service – optional).

4. CONDITIONS FOR BROWSING THE WEBSITE
The User declares that he/she meets the following requirements:
- the User is acting as a consumer;
- the User is of legal age: browsing is not permitted to individuals under the age of 18;
- the User is not located in a country subject to a government embargo by the United States of America or in a country placed on the list of states sponsoring terrorism by the Government of the United States of America;
- the User is not placed on any list of disallowed contractors by the Government of the United States of America.
5. REGISTRATION
In order to use certain Services, the User may open an account by providing all required data and information in a complete and truthful manner. You may use the Site and view content even without registering or creating an account. In that case, however, certain features may not be available.
It is the responsibility of Users to keep their login credentials secure and preserve their confidentiality. To this end, Users must choose a password that matches the highest level of security available on this Web Site. By creating an account, the User agrees to be fully responsible for any activity performed with his/her login credentials.
Users are required to notify the Owner immediately and unambiguously via the contact details set out in this document if they believe that their personal information, such as User account, login credentials or personal data, has been hacked, unlawfully disseminated or stolen.

5.2 Account Closure
You are free to close your account and cease using the Service at any time by availing yourself of the procedure indicated.
5.3 Account suspension and deletion
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or delete a User’s account at any time at its discretion and without notice if it deems it inappropriate, offensive, or contrary to these Terms.
Suspension or deletion of an account does not give the User any right to compensation, refund, or indemnification.
Suspension or deletion of an account for causes attributable to the User shall not relieve the User from payment of any fees or prices that may be applicable.
6. UPDATING OF THE SITE - COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE REGULATIONS.
The Owner takes the utmost care to ensure that the content available on the Site does not violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. However, it is not always possible to achieve this result.
In such cases, without prejudice to any legally enforceable rights and claims, Users are requested to address relevant complaints to the contact details specified in this document.
7. USE AND LIMITATIONS
Users are not authorized to use the content in any way that is not necessary or implicit in the proper use of the Service.

All limitations and exclusions provided by copyright law remain in effect.
7.1. Purpose of Using the Site and Service
The Site and Services may only be used for the purposes for which they are offered, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure that their use of the Site and/or Services does not violate laws, regulations, or the rights of third parties.
Therefore, the Controller reserves the right to take any appropriate measures to protect its legitimate interests, including denying the User access to the Site or Service, terminating contracts, or reporting any improper activity conducted through browsing or Services to competent authorities (e.g., judicial or administrative authorities) whenever the User engages in, or is suspected of engaging in:
- violations of laws, regulations, and/or these Terms;
- infringements on third-party rights;
- actions that may significantly harm the Controller’s legitimate interests;
- offenses against the Controller or a third party.
7.2. Service Interruption
To ensure the highest possible level of service, the Controller reserves the right to interrupt access to the Site and/or Service for maintenance, system updates, or any other modifications, providing appropriate notice to Users.
Additionally, the Site and/or Service may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Controller, such as force majeure events (e.g., strikes, infrastructure malfunctions, blackouts, etc.).
8. LIABILITY
The Controller shall not be liable under any circumstances for any claims, damages, losses, expenses, or other liabilities of any kind arising from improper use or the inability to use the MyGRS portal and/or services when such use does not comply with the law or the instructions provided by the Controller.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
Information regarding the processing of Personal Data, as per Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, is available in the privacy policy accessible at the following link https://mygrs.it/en/privacy-policy/ and can also be found on the Site.
Users are required to review this information and provide consent for data processing, if necessary, before activating the provided services.
10. AMENDMENTS TO THE TERMS
The Owner reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use at any time, should justified reasons or unforeseen needs arise. In such cases, the Owner will provide appropriate notice of the changes to Users. The changes will only affect the relationship with the User from that point forward. Continued use of the Site and/or Service implies the User’s acceptance of the updated Terms. If the User does not wish to accept the changes, they must cease using the Service. Failure to accept the updated Terms may allow either party to terminate the Agreement.
11. ASSIGNMENT OF RIGHTS RELATED TO THE SITE
The Owner reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of, modify, or subcontract all or part of the rights and obligations under these Terms, with due regard for the legitimate interests of the Users and the maintenance of the same level of protection of rights provided by this contract.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT
These Terms and all disputes related to their execution, interpretation, and validity are governed by Italian law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court where the Owner is located.
If the User is a consumer according to Article 3 of the Consumer Code, the mandatory territorial jurisdiction is identified as the court of the User’s place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the Italian State. However, the consumer User has the option to appeal to a court other than the “consumer’s forum” under Article 66-bis of the Consumer Code, which has territorial jurisdiction according to one of the criteria set forth in Articles 18, 19, and 20 of the Civil Procedure Code.
