Upon receipt of the device

our customer care will get in touch with you to make sure everything is clear and to answer any questions you may have. This initial discussion is essential to establish a relationship of trust and to make sure you have all the information you need to start your treatment the right way.

During therapy

we will always be by your side. Halfway through your treatment, our team will contact you again to monitor your progress and, if necessary, offer further assistance. You will also have access to a restricted area where you can find your rental documents, answers to frequently asked questions, questionnaires on your treatment progress, and the ability to book a call with our customer care.

Toward the end of the rental period

you will receive a reminder email a few days before the end of your hire, to prepare you best for the end of the course and discuss next steps.
